Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was terrible. A waitress named Sandy was rude and had bad manners. She seemed to either not speak English or pretended not to understand. She was lazy and did not care about providing good customer service. It was early in the morning and none of the tables were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I had to clean the table myself. They seemed disinterested and had the wrong attitude. However, later on, another waitress named Maritza (who deserves a reward) took over and did all the work herself. It was unfair that she did not receive extra compensation. I asked for my food to be served there, but they gave it to me as takeout instead. They did not bother to correct their mistake and just gave me a tray in a rude manner. By the time I received my food, it was cold and tasted bad. The music was too loud and the toilets were dirty. It was clear that they did not care, except for Maritza who was lovely. This needs to change as it is a company. They should hire people who care. I do not mind cleaning the tables myself once they are cleaned properly. What is the point of having breakfast like this on a Sunday morning? It should be a pleasant experience, don't you think? A gentleman asked me for tea and porridge, and it was nice to make someone happy in the end. Not for the customer experience, but for humanity.
The women's restroom was filthy, which made me question the restaurant's cleanliness. The coffee was bland and watery, tasting more like a cup of hot milk.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were no hygiene standards present, as none of the staff members were wearing gloves while preparing or handling food. The service was chaotic, with a long wait of nearly 40 minutes to collect my order, which was cold when I finally received it. The burgers were haphazardly thrown together, giving off the feeling of being in a third world country rather than Notting Hill. I have no intention of returning to this establishment. Even McDonald's, which I usually consider to have a decent hygiene standard, pales in comparison to the lack of cleanliness I witnessed here. It's unclear who is in charge, but the overall disorganization and uncleanliness of this place is a disgrace.
It's MickeyDs, whaddya expect?? Filet-o' Fish and fries always worth a try if they can manage to place the fish correctly!
The staff there treats the customer very badly, our order was prepared incorrectly and it was very cold after changing the order. And no one was held accountable.
