I am one to always give the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened twice now. I understand they are busy, but this is the second time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a drink. I mobile order because of the implied convenience of being able to walk in grab my drink and be on with my day. But, I had to notify the worker twice that I’d been waiting nearly 20 minutes before anything was done. The order before me had to be completely remade because 3 drinks were iced instead of warm. Mistakes are obviously going to happen, but that just added to the frustration factor. There was also other people around me walking up to the counter asking where their orders were. I am writing this review with the intent to help this place keep their business by just making some easy adjustments. I wish y’all the best, I know it’s hard work- but this happening consecutively is what may draw business away.
My husband and I come to this Starbucks everyday. We get a Venti vanilla chai latte hot with no water everyday. The entire Starbucks’s crew is beyond amazing.
The parking is terrible. Staff seemed overwhelmed. The kitchen was disgusting. There should be someone wiping while they are completing the orders. The wait for your order is ridiculous . Staff don't communicate effectively and think it's funny. Not returning here
I was there on Saturday, and this young man forgot about my order. I stood there for 20 min before getting my latte it wasn't until one of the other workers noticed me standing there.
