Pizza Hut - Kennesaw

Almost a 3 hour wait for food is crazy. I placed an order for delivery and they said my address didn?t pop up in their system for dispatch, even though I announced my address at least 3 times. No offer for their mistake or anything. Customer service could have been way better for the inconvenience.

I have had food from Pizza hut across the world. But this locations has let me so down that I don't even think I will order Pizza from Pizza Hut again !! Order all done wrong. Dry. Burn. No. No. No. In Kennesaw area, better try Jets Pizza. Much better.

Delivery was fast. Items were as requested. Pizza was dry. I wonder if the base was made ahead and reheated with toppings. Last week the cheese was so inconsistent. Some slices had hardly. I cut off the crust and used what I could in eggs the following morning. In all... disappointed.

Ordered a stuff crust extra sauce and cheese! Jalapenos in side not cooked on pizza called and checked still got it not how I wanted or payed for it! Also paid for extra marinia sauce didn't get!!!

I didn't even go in the restaurant. But it's usually good. Five stars!
