Please pull forward into a parking space so we can forget about you and give your order to someone else. Thanks... That 's what they may have well said to me and the 5-6 cars who were asked to pull forward after me. I had to sit in my car for 25mins and watch all those cars pull forward and receive food. I only ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 fries... how does that take longer than serving 6 cars before mine? Finally, a young lady brought out my food. I checked the bag to make sure my sauces were in there when I realized nothing in the bag was what I ordered!!!I walked in to get my order fixed. When I told the lady that she gave me the wrong order she said, No I didn 't! I pulled out my receipt and showed her what she gave me and what I ordered. Her exact words were, I 'm sorry I 'm so high right now! Are you serious right now???I spoke with the manager and she was not pleasant either. She remade my food, but she had a bad attitude about it. She snatched the bag I brought in and chucked it in the trash. Then while making my order told her employees, Can we hurry this up.. he 's over there staring. Loud enough that I could hear. Oh, I 'm sorry? Should I go back out to my car so you can continue neglecting me?Get some new people in this place. They are always misplacing items, poor service, stale tasting food... all little things right? After this experience, Im done with this location.. they should just tear down the building to be honest.. I never see many cars around the building anyways.

Beef and Cheddar was delicious. Customer service was good.

I am a former employee I resigned as of today. The GM has on several occasions dropped food on the floor and would still serve it to the customers. I have also witnessed him cooking old french fries and serving them to the customers. He and other employees short meat from customers.Yes I reported it to only get treated badly. I feel he should be fired. He does it so he can gets his bonus. I will NOT be affiliated with this type of behavior. Jacob is a good manager who does not do this. The Dm just warns him. He should not be allowed to serve ur. If you eat here, just know they are shorting. You're meat so you are not getting your money's worth. I can not take part in this.

This location is always great. The girls are always providing top notch NICE service. Food is made fresh!
