Applebee's Grill - Kennesaw

We had an amazing waitress who was very attentive without being overbearing. The manager was also actively involved. Our drinks were excellent, and the food was quite enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning!

After 15 minutes of my drink being empty, I had to seek out another employee, who seemed to be a manager due to her attire and her attentiveness to the restaurant. She asked about our concerns, but it still took over five minutes for 'El' to check in with us. My expectations are simple: keep my drink full, and if it runs low, be responsive enough to refill it quickly. Unfortunately, 'El' fell short in this basic aspect of service. While she did receive a tip, it was far less than it could have been had she been more attentive; it's a small detail, but actions do have consequences. As for the food, the quality was reminiscent of an elementary school chicken nugget meal, which was disappointing, especially considering it was an all-you-can-eat deal for bone-in wings. I felt it wasn’t worth the $12.99 price tag, fries included. It’s been over a decade since I last dined at an Applebee’s as a paying customer, and it looks like it will be quite a while before I consider going back. Best of luck staying in business, but it won't be with my support.

I visited for the $12.99 all-you-can-eat boneless wings, but my experience was disappointing. I was seated at a corner table and waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. The restaurant wasn’t busy, which is likely why we left. We had to ask for water and a menu, and the waitress walked by us several times without acknowledging us. We ended up leaving feeling disappointed, hungry, and surprised, as this has never happened to me before. I won’t be returning for a while!

This location was in Kennesaw, Georgia. I had an early supper, enjoying an 8 oz sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes, and broccoli. My meal arrived piping hot, and was excellent, very much like a home cooked meal. My server was friendly and efficient. Very satisfying, and I will likely return during my trip to the Atlanta area.

Dined in for dinner a few nights ago. I ordered fish and chips and blue mutiny drink. The fish was horrible, it was mostly batter, grease oil, and over fried. The mutiny drink was so weak, I could only taste the Moscato in it. The only good thing was the server Ari. She was amazing, she served as well as helped cook in the kitchen, due that the kitchen was so overwhelmed and backed up from take-out orders. Because of this, dine in customers had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though many tables were available... Ari you rock!!!
