Mcdonald's - Keizer

I Waited 30 minutes after ordering inside at the kiosk tonight before ending up having to get my money back. Meanwhile in that 30 minute period the employees in the back were busy yelling, cussing, arguing with each other. The employee that refunded me Not once apologized to me either.This location has been going downhill for quite some time, now I can see why.I ended up going down the road to the other location and I got my order within 5 minutes of placing my order. Clearly this location needs to train the river rd one how to work as a “Team”.The employee who refunded me gave me a partial refund and said that I already got my pies and drinks… what drinks?!? And No I did not receive my pies either. She then refunded the difference.I have attached a photo of the receipts showing the wait time and refund mistake.Clearly this place needs to either work as a team or just shut it down.I’ll be avoiding this location at all costs now.

Love the staff at this location. The whole team deserves 5 stars

Years of good service, great fries, but not today. Not busy but very slow service, 2 large fries to go went, 25 minutes, half way home, look in the sack, 2 large fry boxes less than half full soggy! I 've never been handed a fry order like this by any Mcdonalds restaurant. I Returned the food to the restaurant, the Manager agreed, the order was not right, apologise, replaced my fries. At home I found 2 large fries both short again, mabe 60% I paid $7.98... Mark my words Mcdonald 's is cutting, portion sizes, yet continuing to take "Large order Money. Things will change before I return again.

Very rude when I showed up for my order and they claimed they didn't have an order for me. I ordered in the app just like normal. Then when given the order number they find my food, but are still rude giving me it, and couldn't even acknowledge that they made a mistake and it really was there. 10 min spent to pick up an order.
