Dutch Bros Coffee - Keizer

They truly prioritize customer service! They come outside to take your order while you're in line, which is fantastic! Everyone I've encountered has been friendly and personable. I'm genuinely a fan! It's so much better than Starbucks, no kidding! Plus, they serve their drinks at a perfect temperature, so you don't have to wait for them to cool down.

I recently relocated from my old favorite Dutch Bros, which always made my 911 just the way I liked it. Now living in Keizer, I've found a new go-to at my local Dutch Bros, and their 911 is just as perfect as I remember.

As always, I had a great experience. My order was correct and arrived at the perfect temperature. The wait in the drive-thru was fairly short, and I was greeted with a smile.

I really like the informality in general, and the convenience of the drive thru. It?s generally pretty quick even if the line is kinda long. The menu is very limited, which is great for us people who have trouble making a decision.

Every single time I get a water on the side of my drinks there is stuff floating in my water ?! This morning I had to pull something out of my mouth that was in their disgusting water. This place must be incredibly dirty if their plain water has stuff floating in it.
