Baskin-robbins - Keizer

My experience at this restaurant was terrible because of the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Kristi. She was on a phone call with her earpiece in and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get her attention.

I went to try the Stranger Things exclusive ice cream combo, Eleven's Heaven, and purchased the exclusive Funko Pop. Although they charged more for the Funko Pop, it was worth it.

We absolutely adore this restaurant and visit every day! The nicest and hardest working woman always assists us, though I need to remember to ask for her name next time. It was just her working behind the counter.

Today I was feeling down, but a visit to Baskin-Robbins in Keizer turned my day around. The friendly young lady behind the counter greeted me warmly and asked what I would like. I told her I needed something to make me smile, as I was having a tough day. As we chatted, I learned that she commutes from Canby for school and work, showing great dedication. When I mentioned I had $20 for car expenses, gas, and cigarettes but decided to treat myself instead, she laughed. I ended up ordering a brownie sundae and, when I went to pay, she simply told me to have a nice day. Her gesture of kindness brought tears to my eyes and restored hope in my heart. I am grateful for her compassion and the owners for hiring such wonderful employees. Thank you, sweet girl, for brightening my day.

I had an incredible milkshake that hit the spot in the hot weather. The staff member was very friendly. However, my only issue was that the restaurant was crowded and there was only one person working, so it took too long to receive my milkshake.
