After 10PM lines are long and so are waiting times. Customers are impatient and workers are overwhelmed. Even I get a little frustrated. Chen answered the phone as I had a job problem. He not only corrected the problem quickly and justly. He went beyond and beyond to ensure that the experience was a top priority. I came to Wendy as a normal customer, I for the first time no longer left a customer, and after speaking with Chen (apologies if I heard the spelling wrong) this is the only Wendy’s I am the area to which I will go. Especially because I know that Chen is here and he balances, which is best for the customer snd what is best for the company in a seamless way that you usually see only from someone with years and years of management experience. Wendys, get this guy to your office and get this experience. Push him right and he could be a solid asset for the company in this area. Or any company for this matter. Don't let him go to your competition.
