I had to send my salad back twice because the lettuce was brown and wilted. I requested that the waitress inform the manager, but unfortunately, no one came to our table. I was disappointed with the salad, but the waitress was very understanding. Other than that, the food was decent.

The bartender is amazing! During my last three visits, she has worked incredibly hard while maintaining a cheerful attitude and outstanding customer service. Someone should definitely give her a raise for the positive energy she brings to the Chili's franchise in Keene, NH. She efficiently handles wait times and cleans tables, all while making each customer feel like they're the only one in the place at that moment.
