Cheshire Village Pizza - Keene

First time ordering from them, we were at the hospital. They told me I'd have to meet them in the main lobby. That the driver would call my number. None of that happened. Almost 2hrs later, the driver left the food in the emergency room. No call. Food cold, cheese sliding off pizza. Will not recommend.

Their Pizza surprised me. It tasted like it had some Parmesian in it, making it the best I've ever had.

Talk about a pathetically bad pizza. This is quite possibly the worst pizzeria pizza I've ever had. I moved to the area last year, and this place has been recommended to my wife as the best pizza around. If anyone ever tells you this, it should change your opinion of that person, not of this place. The pizza was undercooked for one. Nearly inedibly so. And I like a pretty pale pizza. The taste of the crust and sauce were that of a frozen pizza, so basically no taste. It was just warm flavorless mass. If that's what your in the market for, you've found it here. The fresh made pizza from Market Basket is way better to be honest. And Athens completely mops the floor with these guys.

I had Ordered a sub that was unsatisfactory and asked for an exchange or refund. I was told twice by the employee working behind the counter that a refund or exchange wouldn't be possible as fate would have it the very kind owner happened to be walking in and allowed me to exchange my sub for a small pepperoni pizza. It was delicious and probably one of the best in keene. Big thank you to the owner for making things right and that is another win for Evan

Very disappointing I ordered to chicken Cesar salads and I was lucky if I got 2 table spoons worth of chicken maybe a quarter of a chicken breast on each. I've eaten here many times in the past and have had the same thing with plenty of chicken. I don't know what happen this time around but will thinking hard before going there again. I understand prices have gone up but you go up for a reason so you can give the same quality.
