Ruby Tuesday - Kearney

This is your typical chain restaurant with no remarkable surprises. The staff appeared to be a bit stressed, but we still received good service. My dad really enjoyed the endless salad bar. The Rib Eye was decent, though not the best I’ve ever had (which I didn’t really expect). The side options were good, but they came with broccoli.

This restaurant serves a beautifully crafted burger that is cooked to perfection. It's conveniently located near the interstate and local hotels. On my second visit, my order was mistakenly handled, but the staff quickly took it back without hesitation and promptly delivered the correct meal with no fuss. While I was waiting for the check, there was a brief power outage, but instead of just waiting around, I was offered a complimentary dessert. I was impressed with how professionally and efficiently the staff managed the situation.

This Ruby Tuesday location has always been a good one. I've never had a badly cooked meal here, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean, the Garden Bar is always well maintained, and the kitchen seems to run very efficiently, as we never have to wait long for our food. Kids eat free on Tuesdays, and my 3 year old son enjoys the various kids meals. Overall, a consistently high quality meal every time.

The food was outstanding, and the service was both friendly and attentive.

I always loved visiting visitors here. The last three times some of the steaks were boiled. I said servers, but they didn't want to replace them. The salad bar is very good. The salads and toppings are always fresh. A popular place to eat and sometimes there are too long to wait.
