Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kearney

Ordered a chicken salad and got dryed out chicken bites and burnt onion rings. Table was filthy, seats were sticky. Will not be going back poor experience.

Poorly managed location. The manager stood there as the employees were yelling at each other across the store. The young man that took our order seemed like we were putting him out by taking our order. Very dirty location. There Is something that spilled and no one has cleaned it up. A lot of dirty table all while the manager was walking around with his hands behind his back.

Worst DQ experience ever! Ordered a medium blizzard, waited 50 minutes and still no blizzard! Watched 20+ customers served while I waited! Finally just asked for a refund which they gave me. No apologies, no gift certificate, nothing! That's exactly what they'll get in return, NOTHING! I will never stop at this DQ again!

This place has so good food. I love the chicken stripe basket. I also want to say that jaci long has done the gm so well with the administration of this place. she is always very friendly and she puts customers and her associates first.

Bought cheeseburger and strawberry milkshake. always good, no matter what unit.
