Marble Slab Creamery - Katy

I had a Gift Reward on my app, but they refused to scan it because their systems were outdated. The app clearly states that it can be redeemed, which was very frustrating. Moreover, I noticed that their hygiene practices were lacking. The manager was rude, and I was very disappointed to discover that they were out of stock on most items and had old jars of toppings. To make things worse, the staff seemed poorly trained and had to call for help from the employees at Wetzel's next door. Overall, the experience was humiliating, so I would recommend caution if you decide to visit this establishment.
