Captain Jack's Fish & Chipper

I was a bit unsure based on the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, with the fish being slightly crispy and fresh. The chips were perfectly cooked.

I ordered a lamb kebab with extra meat, but when I brought it home and tried to eat it just 5 minutes later, the meat was cold and mixed with fat, tasting terrible. I assumed it would be a fresh kebab, but it turns out the meat had been stored in the refrigerator and cooked later. I was very disappointed and suggest making sure the cook uses fresh, hot meat when preparing your order.

That's the fourth time I ate here. I get only fish bites and chips, but today it was the worst pieces of fish bites I've ever had. the fish if they can call it that 4 pieces each. size of a 50 cent piece. they were crowned over cooked and were not a piece of fish. it was a product of waste from fish. I had fish from here in the past, and it was in teig and a piece of fish and not looking for a product like fish. I would not recommend buying the fish bites from here. on the other hand the chips were great.

I had originally decided to give this restaurant a chance, but it turned out to be a big mistake. The first issue was the flies, they were all over the place and the staff didn't seem to be bothered by it. When I inquired about the chicken biryani, they didn't have it. My husband asked for a pizza, but they didn't have that either. They only offered lamb and buck curry with naan, no rice. I ended up getting a kebab that was terrible. It was soggy and the meat was dry. It was definitely a big mistake to eat here.

This is supposedly $10 worth of chips. Not happy. Box not full. Questioned staff. They said we never fill up the box. Very disappointed
