Panera Bread - Kansas City

I found the new cinnamon rolls to be quite disappointing. The outer layer becomes rock hard just an hour after buying them, while the inside remains creamy—unfortunately, it's so tough that it feels like you could break a tooth trying to get to it! No thank you. Additionally, the entrées are overpriced. I think I’ll be taking a break from this place.

Although it’s slightly more expensive, it’s always worth it. If you’re looking for a healthy dining option, a spot to work, or a place for a small meeting, this restaurant has it all, plus free Wi-Fi. The pre-order kiosk simplifies the ordering process. They also have great breakfast options, making it perfect for morning meet-ups with friends.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I accidentally ordered individual bagels for my office instead of the more affordable bundle. They kindly refunded my entire order and charged me the discounted price instead. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I had a miss hap with my delivery where I didn't get my food they full refunded me and I drove up to order and get it myself I was happy I did the place was clean and filled with the laughter of the cooks behind the counter my service was fast my food was very good and I felt it was clean and healthy food they made a very positive out of a very negative
