Trezo Mare - Kansas City

A few weeks ago, we met some family here for brunch, and it turned out to be quite disappointing. I had been eagerly anticipating the visit and had heard wonderful things about the place. While the service was decent and the restaurant itself was beautiful, there were long stretches where we weren't checked on, and the food left much to be desired. I ordered the diablo, which was just okay; it lacked spice and flavor. My boyfriend's French toast also looked unappealing. Overall, it certainly wasn't worth the over $70 I spent for the two of us. Perhaps we should have opted for dinner instead.

Trezo Mare Restaurant and Lounge is a fantastic spot. The lighting creates a great ambiance, and the presentation of the food is outstanding. The plants outside enhance the overall beauty of the venue. This place definitely warrants a return visit.

The food is incredibly delicious, and the service and atmosphere are fantastic!
