Jimmy Johns - Kankakee

I try ordering delivery from stores themselves versus third party apps but this specific Jimmy John's wants to cut off their delivery literally a half mile from my house smh

The only store within like 20 miles that closes early, seems a little weird. Especially since there's another 2 stores a within like 5 miles, but they won't deliver to Kankakee. And I see they say they look for places they can deliver to within 5 min... um I've had orders take half an hour consistently so what does 5 min have to do with anything?!?!?

I'll never be back to this particular location. When ordering, I asked for extra-extra mayonnaise. As I'm watching, peroxide fro chick smears on the thinnest layer possible. I ask is that my Sandwich? She replies yes. I'd like to have alot more mayonnaise than that please. She answers that's already extra. I said I ordered extra-extra. She hastily spreads more on and then coughs on my food, while making a lame attempt to turn her head. My Sandwich then sat back in the shadows and I waited for like 3 minutes for them to finally wrap it up and hand it to me. Walked out, gave that one to a homeless man, and went to the other location and had them make me a sandwich, which was perfect the first time, and with a smile

The Vito does not come with mayo on it so I don’t know why it was added to my sandwich…..what’s worse is I’m allergic…..simple instructions that can’t be followed are deal breakers for me

This is my 1st experience with Jimmy John's in a long time and today I know why and it will definitely be my last. I ordered the #11 #9 on wheat bread (bread which used to be the long club bread). To my surprise, the bread was sandwich bread. The man who answered when I called to complain said they used to have the wheat club bread but now only wheat sandwich bread. He claimed it said that on the online menu, when someone finds it please share with me because the site I used does not have it listed. Jimmy John's will never receive another from me and anybody I am around, I will tell them don't give JJs your hard earned money. Looking at the 1st few reviews speaks volumes about their bad service. I could've made a better sandwich at home at least it would've had more meat than veggies. Very Very dissatisfied.
