Mcdonald's - Joplin

My friend and I had just finished a 10-hour drive and made a little detour to visit a 24-hour McDonald's after having not eaten all day. Typically, there’s usually something off with our order, but this time everything was perfect! The fries were hot and fresh with just the right amount of salt, our order was spot on, and the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for midnight stops—10/10!

My fiancé and I went there for two hot caramel sundaes with extra caramel. We paid $8.02 for two small sundaes, and neither had the extra caramel we were charged for. To make matters worse, the ice cream tasted sour! This has been a recurring issue every time we visit this McDonald's or any other location — our orders are almost always incorrect or messed up in some way. Never going back!

My partner and I waited about 15 minutes before anyone took our order, and then it took another 25 minutes for our food to arrive. When we tried to address our concerns, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to come over. They really need to hire new staff who know how to do their job properly.

Pitiful and dirty. Management Handling fries without glove before site quite sure that this is a violation of the health code?. Food: 1/5

Not bad if they can get my food straightened out I asked for certain things and I never get what I want I always have to go back in and get what I want
