Chick-fil-a - Joplin

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. The service was quick and friendly. I went for takeout during lunch, and it was all very reasonably priced at around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I experienced an uncommon issue with my order. After realizing it was incorrect, I returned to the restaurant and spoke with a manager. When they finally provided me with the correct sandwich, I requested a lemonade as well. To my dismay, when they rang it up, I found out they couldn't offer the drink complimentary—even after I made the effort to drive back due to their mistake. Don't they understand that an unhappy customer is likely to share their experience with others? It's unfortunate that the manager didn’t have the authority to offer a simple $4 comp! Because of this, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, including for catering. I communicated all of this to two managers, but they didn't take any action. What a letdown! I won’t be returning.

Overall, this restaurant offers an exceptional takeout experience for dinner. With a price range of $20 to $30 per person, you can enjoy high-quality food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Be sure to try the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Grilled Nuggets—they come highly recommended! Plus, with plenty of free parking available, it's convenient to pick up your meal.
