A little hard to find tucked behind a giant truck stop but I'd go the extra mile for these sandwiches! Wish you could find them everywhere again!
Had a real good sub. Girl that was behind the counter was friendly and polite. No complaints.
Had the roast beef with provolone. First time eating here. Was not disappointed.

Blimpie makes the best sub sandwiches no contest. The sweet pepper strips alone make it worth the trip. It does take a little effort to find as you have to go around back to the diesel island to find Blimpie. Wish there were more Blimpie locations around Joplin.
