Chick-fil-a - Jersey Village

Super disappointed by the quality of the foods I have just received at this Tussi! I will not return to this place for sure that I have grown to get fantastic food every time I felt a box. This?s the joy of this fast grocery store always quality tasting food at chick fil a?s every where. Today I received a sub-cooked breakfast with an untoasted muffin, which was sponge and terrible. I couldn't finish my first bite. The hash browns, where the burning hot and very boiled or reheated. No taste just crunchy and stale oil smell. I hate wasting money and wasting food, but today I did both because of the bad quality breakfast I tried. There is a first for everything that was a bad experience!

The manager at this job is rude because I asked for four big cups of ice instead of my $3 drink I wanted to replace him, was he upset? as if he was tooo lazy to make the 4 big cups of ice, they wanted to give me a bag nope making the 4 cups of ice, as I asked you, toooo simply rude and unprofessional!!! make better

Great food as usual. Pays ahead, but decided to dinate for a change... pleasant atmosphere quantity. I had the protein chicken muffin and sorted fruit bowl. Both were very delicious. No complaints :

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. When I arrived, I was on the line. Then they weren't right. Not the Chick-fil-A experience. Management must improve it.

This review is long overdue I literally live right behind this Chick-fil-A and they seem to always mess up my order! I get there right at 9:50 very clear about what I want and it's even right on the ticket and yet I get my order and it's missing an item. I'm in high level sales, and if a customer comes in at 8:55 I'm going to give him/her the same customer service that I will give the customer that comes in at 10:00 a.m! Unacceptable!!
