Dairy Queen (treat) - Jarrell

This is a new Dairy Queen what went wrong we were in the drive through today 1/11 it was taking forever so we parked and went in dang what a mistake we ordered chicken and steak baskets guy working drive through was talking to somebody he knew looked like he didn’t know what was going on kid came from the back looked over at him and just shook his head blonde haired kid with glasses helped us but looked frustrated at everybody else we waited a bit for food he brought it to us the steak fingers were under cooked and one was broke apart like they were checking it idk but I’m sick right now definitely won’t be back they are un organized and everybody looked high don’t know what happened first opened it was awesome now complete trash atmosphere is off not friendly you don’t need to improve your team you need a new team I see reviews say the same thing about the experience I want to buy food here it just not feasible at the moment good luck

We just stopped by for an ice cream as we were traveling back home. Needed an ice cream to hold us over until we got home. ? DQ is always the first place we look for when needing an ice cream cone.

The service was disappointing! I ordered a medium Blizzard and received it only halfway full.

DQ serves the best hamburgers I've ever had. I don't mind driving about 12 miles just to get there.

The cashier really needs to leave her attitude at home. She was rude to customers and got upset when we pointed out the special of the day, which she should have already known about.
