Chick-fil-a - Georgetown

Food and service are all right, but the traffic that this place causes is ridiculous. It does not help that this is by far the slowest and least efficient Chick-fil-A I have ever been. You urgently need to open or redesign a new Chick-fil-A location. I'm just going to this Chick-fil-A if I really want it because it's such a disaster of an experience. Sometimes I drive the additional 10 minutes to the Round Rock location to avoid them.

This used to be the best Chickfila in the area but something changed in the last year or so. The drive through is almost as slow as wataburger now… The food is cold when you get it… Order is wrong 1/2 the time… It might be the worst location in the area now.

Good old reliable, extremely tasty Chick-fil-A. Most always busy but they keep the line moving.Food: 5/5

They were not fast like they usually are my food was not fresh either. Very disappointed. ?

Traffic is awfully much every time I have been in this place. When ordering drive thru today, the girl take the order read everything again perfect. When I got the meals, I checked gratefully and saw that an order was wrong. I went back, parked and brought the wrong order in. When we got into the counter, four employees spoke. No one made eye contact, or asked what I needed help. I finally went to a middle old white/blond curvy lady and told her my order was wrong, and would like to exchange it for the right one. I'm gonna get a job right now and ask if I bought the meal. I literally have the meal before her, and she takes it to tell someone else to get the sandwich. She comes back and says rudely that it will take a few minutes. I felt as if the attitude and behaviour of those were very sub par, and because of this, we will no longer come to this place.
