Bidrage med feedbackThere aren't many vegan-friendly options in Jamestown, and even when there are, the menu selections are limited. The main places available are Paradiso, La Carreta, and Babb's. There's also a new Mexican restaurant in town, but I haven't visited it yet. Paradiso and La Carreta have been around since '94. We received good service at Paradiso, but it’s important to specify that the sauce should not be included for vegan dishes. Meals come with either roasted or black beans.
The restaurant offers a dedicated vegetarian menu that features "vegan, meatless fajita strips, which provide a complete protein source. These strips are made from a flavorful blend of nutritious vegetables and plant-based ingredients (such as soy, onions, bell peppers, and carrots), all carefully prepared and slow-cooked to achieve the authentic taste and texture of high-quality lean meat." If diners avoid cheese and sour cream and select their other items thoughtfully, they can enjoy a delightful vegan meal.
