I visited here and I was shocked to find such a nice health food shop in downtown Jackson. The shop had many snacks and typical vegan grocery stores. They had also grab and go options. I really enjoyed the Tofu Curry salad and the lime black beans rice with squash peel.

This local food business has many vegan options, including takeaways, snacks and personal care products. most days there is at least one vegan option in the suppenable (current suppenables are offered on the stores Facebook page and changes daily). the personal is knowledgeable and friendly. the vegan cookies through the register are phenomenal I can never leave the load without one!
