Whenever I dine at this restaurant, I always have a great selection of options to choose from. Personally, I enjoy the spinach or vegetable roll with a side of steamed rice and broccoli or a seaweed salad. The kids always go for the vegetable udon or soba noodles. I've heard great things about the tofu hibachi, which could possibly be vegan-friendly, although I have yet to try it myself. The staff is always friendly and the prices are quite reasonable.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes and no one took our drink order. We had to go find someone to take our order and even then, no one came. We had to ask multiple times for someone to take our order.

I ordered takeout and was told it would be ready in 30-35 minutes. However, when I arrived about 40 minutes after placing my order, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I got home, I realized there was no soy sauce for my roll and the food was cold. I was disappointed that the food wasn't ready when I arrived, and even more upset that it was served cold after waiting. I would not recommend this restaurant.

My wife, kids, and I all enjoyed our meal at KANPAI. I tried sushi for the first time tonight and loved it. The service was also excellent. I'm looking forward to trying the BBQ eel rice bowl next time. Can't wait!

I REALLY wish franchise was in more locations closer to me. Definitely a go to when in the area. Great menu, service, and excellent food.
