Cultivate Cafe - Jackson

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant and tried the jackfruit buffalo sandwich and oyster mushroom tacos. The interior of the restaurant is charming, and one of the co-owners was serving tables. The food was excellent, and we are planning to return for breakfast.

Great fresh ingredients, and lots of vegan options. They could so easily go all vegan, not sure why they don’t. Love the location and atmosphere. Wait staff was a little rude when I wanted to make sure what I ordered was vegan but maybe they were stressed, idk.…

I tried the oyster mushroom tacos and a side of kale. Both were very tasty. Also tried iris smoothie, which was very good. Small place. Long wait. Staff was wonderful and very friendly, but everyone moves at Wyoming pace. We tried to go here yesterday,an hour before closing, and they were closed. So get there early- since they close before closing time.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and consistently enjoy my meal! They offer excellent vegan breakfast options, such as chickpea scramble instead of eggs, and a wide variety of vegan choices for lunch. My personal favorite is the vegan burger. Their baked goods, particularly the cookies, are also fantastic.

Really cute place. Very good vegan breakfast burrito.
