Ithaca Ale House

This place was off the wall ! It met and exceeded my expectations. The burger was super delicious the Ithaca apricot beer made me fall in love again. A must have definitely when your in the finger lakes.

Was in the Commons and we wanted to try out a local place and ended up at the Ithaca Ale House. The service was great. The food was really good. We especially enjoyed the French Dip! The only regret is we did not get there early enough to get a seat outside, which we were hoping for.

The Ale House has been a favorite place of mine for a long time. The new location offers more room indoors and outdoors. The food is always bangin?, I?ve never had a bad meal here. The French Onion soup and the Buffalo Eggs Rolls are the best appetizers on their menu. Their lunch/dinner entrees are all spectacular, can?t go wrong with a salad, burger or one the pizzas. Finally their Mrs. O?Leary?s cookies are the best things on earth! Served with a glass of milk, these cookies are a meal themselves but so delicious. The reason I marked this one star short, was this place is a little pricey.

Overall very average. It took a long time to get service at the bar. Wings were weird. French fries were amazing.

Sitting outside on a beautiful spring evening at the Ithaca Ale House was intoxicating. Living in this area for a year and having my daughter visiting from PA seemed like the perfect time to visit the Commons. The flowers were beautiful and the atmosphere uplifting and fun. I had heard the best burgers could be found at the Ithaca Ale House. Very friendly staff a nice table on the patio a tasty local beer called Flower Power and two burgers. We were not disappointed. The Perfect Burger that my daughter ordered was done to perfection, medium rare and my American Classic burger was medium and again done to perfection. These are real burgers, when you bite into one you get a flavor that screams back yard cook outs. The fries were crisp and crunchy. Our server Bella was so great, she is a true professional. I highly recommend the Ithaca Ale House the perfect local place to grab a burger.
