Alley Cat Cafe - Ithaca

I absolutely love Alley Cat Cafe! The sandwiches are delicious, there is a great variety of tea to choose from, and the cats are fantastic. They have low-energy and high-energy rooms, which was a fun experience playing with and cuddling the cats.

This restaurant offers good vegan options. I ordered a sandwich with a side and a kale soup. I did not enjoy the American style of the soup, but the sandwich was decent. We also had a cup of tea that we really enjoyed. Overall, it is a convenient spot to grab some bites to eat.

Alley Cat Cafe has clearly labeled vegan items on their menu. You make everything to order, and the staff was super friendly. The concept of the café is neat and I love that it has a compassionate component to its business. I ordered the Jaguar. It was very tasty, although the part was a smidge small. I would pay a little more to have it a somewhat bigger sandwich or for a included page. I also ordered a lemonade that was very refreshing on a hot sunny summer day. Overall, this is a big stop in Ithaca!!

Very nice place! The staff is very knowledgeable on vegan options. Vegan products are clearly marked. If you're in town, you should stop!

Alley Cat Cafe is just wonderful! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the vegan options are very tasty (I had the seasonal Dandy Lion sandwich), and the drinks are very good with lots of options. The atmosphere is very laid back, as are the other patrons. The little merchandise area has lots of cute stuff: I bought stickers, catnip, and a crystal bracelet. And of course there are cats!
