Wilson's Ciderhouse Venue - Iowa City

For the third time tonight and I like everything I had. They try to use as much locally related items as possible. They always have unique vegetarian dishes and other interesting choices. It is sad and good that the menu rotates so that you can always get something else.

This is probably in my Top 3 restaurants in Iowa. It was an amazing experience and makes for a great date spot. The food was top notch and the vibe in the orchard was great. We were lucky to be there when it was not very busy, but we still had great service and cannot recommend this place enough. My scoring scale:1 would never go back2 would not recommend and try to avoid return3 would come back if convenient or if other wanted4 recommend and again happy5 will always recommend and return routinely

Pricey, but it's worth it. The ambience is the top notch in the building and outside. Every single thing we ordered was decadent and delicious. Emma, our waitress, was patient, helpful and friendly. A beautiful experience.

It has been my favorite place for a long time, and the food is still amazing, but the menu has clearly contrasted. About half of the options for appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. Some favorites have gone, and the breadth of the previous elections made this place work for a group with different food desires that is now more difficult.

Just a flat out outstanding place. Great rustic farm vibe with high end service and menu. A must go to.
