The Taco Bar - Improvement District

My girlfriend and I had stopped at several places in Waterton over the long weekend in our holiday and most places were a little expensive but it is a tourist down, it's to be expected.The Taco Bar had a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Don't remember the cashiers name but she was supper friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the menu to 2 newbies.I would go back

Food is great ! Staff is awesome ! Reminds me of Mexico the tortillas are exactly what I remember them tasting like in Mexico . Lots of lime and cilantro made my Tacos DELICIOUS!!! Cant Wait to Go back !

Nothing exciting. It was boring bland food and not how Mexican food is supposed to be. Could have missed this place

I've worked in restaurants for a long time and thought to myself while eating my tacos, "this taste like GFS food." Sure enough, as I sat at a picnic table and ate my lunch, dude walks off a truck to deliver food to them from GFS. I guess my point in saying this is that these were some plain tacos--no frills in flavor, quality, or size. But then again you aren't paying as much for them as the other places on the main drag either.

Went here for dinner after a cold and windy day walking around town and visiting the lake. The restaurant has it's own style which is very relaxed and won't appeal to some but we enjoyed it. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a rush and the food tasted good when it came.I found the portions a bit on the small side and would have definitely ordered more food had I known in advance. All in all a good meal and worth visiting, just need a little more on the plate.
