Zoës Kitchen - Huntsville

I used to receive excellent service at this Zoës, but my recent visits have left me feeling unappreciated by the staff. They appeared unhappy and unmotivated. It seems like they may not be receiving adequate appreciation or training from management. It's a shame because the food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. It makes me consider wishing for a Taziki's restaurant to be located across the street instead.

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because not only was the food delicious, but it was also the first time I was able to eat dessert at a take-out restaurant because they had the ingredients listed on it. I have never been able to do this before without receiving the usual "we can't guarantee" speech. Additionally, their online allergen menu was up to date, which I greatly appreciated.

The restaurant serves some of the freshest and most delicious food I've had in a long time. It's very refreshing and satisfying. The chocolate cake and lemon cookie are amazing. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

It’s one thing after another with this location. Haven’t been here in a while because of other issues. Today I went back and ordered the same salad I always get. Got home and the portion is about 2/3 what I usually get. And the toppings were noticeably less. There’s nothing that makes me more Mad than being taken for my hard earned money.

Very efficient, fast and friendly service. The food arrived hot and well prepared. Great lunch spot if you want good food in a short amount of time.
