Bidrage med feedbackI was excited to finally get a Puerto Rican place in town. Unfortunately when I arrived the two people in there did not care at all that I had arrived with a friend, I walked up to the bar trying to get greeted and told if they where open (they looked closed but the open sign was on). One guy was on the phone looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me, the bar tender was blaring music so couldn't hear what was going on. I waited about a minute and felt quite
It felt really good to get a taste of home (La Isla) here in Alabama. The restaurant is quaint. The owner and servers are super nice and welcoming. Everything is reasonably priced. The portions are plenty. I?ll definitely be back.
My husband and I ordered the Alcapurria Fritter, an Empanada, and some tacos and all of it was absolutely delicious. Our server was great, and the food came out promptly. I also had the passion fruit margarita and let me tell you.... the BEST I've had since moving to Huntsville. I love Puerto Rican food, and I am so glad that we found this place. I definitely plan on returning.
Great food and friendly staff. I wish the menu had more options, but I recommend to everyone who loves Puerto Rican food!
Food was excellent But this plate and a water cost me $20 not including tip. I went in thinking this place probably has some amazing food with great prices but definitely was shocked when I saw what my bill was. Bc this plate shouldn't be more than 12 and that's being generous so not worth the price!
