Little Caesars Pizza - Huntsville

You never have the specialty hot and ready, HOT, AND READY! You always have to come back while they make it! I'm going 20 minutes to be here! 3 stars because the best sauce have and this location can't mess up, good, yet!

What is the point of having a phone, but never answering it? What is the point when trying to set up an online order for a certain pick-up time if you will never allow it? You can literally not get pizza from this place without going through the ride that is usually wrapped around the building.

8/5/2022 I order online via the app and write a time to pick up at 6:00. When I arrived at 6:00, the drive thru line was around the building and it moved very slowly. I came to the window at 6:15. The person in the window says that my order has not yet been finished and simply back into the drive thru line. I couldn't do that because I have to pick people from another place. I was told my order was ready when I returned. When I came back at 6:45, I went into the window and said they had no record of the order. I asked for a refund. I was told the manager was on another line and they took my information. No one called me or told me I had a refund. 8/6/2022 Nothing yet heard from the little Caesars, I drove to the site and asked for my refund and was told that it was processed and I would receive it in two working days. I have no e-mail, text etc to confirm that I get a different refund than a verbal of person in the drive thru window

The worst customer service ever, from all that is just the regular pizza 1 hour from closing. This little Cesar is absolutely shameful.

Went through drive threw and after placing order asked to park 15 min and to come back through drive threw, and finally get up to window and pick up to what I assume my whole entire order right? After I have ordered abs sat 15 min and went through drive threw once again. I get home and guess what? Yep you guessed it my order was wrong. I'm tired, worn out from running my kids with football and now this. So what I gotta do now is get on the phone and call them. I call to tell them my order is wrong, you know what I gotta do now, yep leave and go pick up my pizza they forgot. And you know what I gotta go back through the dang drive threw once again. And I get to window and they offer a 2 litter soda so I pick a Pepsi. And I get home and make me a plate finally and pour a nice glass of ice cold Pepsi and finally get to sit down and relax. And I take a big gulp of my refreshing drink and it is the most awful drink I ever put in my mouth, it wasn't flat, it wasn't expired, but it was absolutely awful. It obviously had been tampered with or something, thank goodness I didn't die from it. I will say this things are never free, you gotta pay for it somehow, and if you decide to come to this Lil Ceasars pizza, don't be tired, or worn out and have a ton of patients because you gonna need them. I got a lot better service this time, and food was fresh and service was good. Just need to go early.
