My husband and I were visiting from out of town. Our first time to Jason's Deli. We were greeted by a host named Jimmie. She was such a joy. She welcomed us with a beautiful smile and answered questions patiently as we tried to place our order. Jimmie gave suggestions and followed up with us to make sure our order was correct. Truthfully she is the one that made this visit such a refreshing one. Often these days there is no help, and everyone is overworked and often rude. Jimmie made Jason's Deli stand out. Especially for a first time visit. Thank you.
Ok. The all-you-can-eat salad bar doesn't include protein. My wife added chicken and it was $5 extra. It's like most things these days: expensive!
I would like to personally thank Ravyn for being kind enough to right the wrong that was done to me today. She was kind enough to listen to my situation and understand. She was also kind enough to have doordash to send me another order at no expense to me. I appreciate it. Thank you so very much for your assistance in this matter. Today I door dashed two muffaletta sandwiches quarter size...one turkey one ham from Jason's Deli Along with a bag of chips small to the tune of $30.00. Neither sandwich had meat on them like photographed so I contacted the manager and he put me on hold. A woman came back to the phone someone else speaking with me regarding the sandwiches. The woman told me that I could come in and they will remake the sandwiches. I had previously told the manager that I was suffering with sciatica and wasn't able to drive to get the sandwiches and that is why I used door dash. The woman I spoke with told me that there was nothing that they could do that I would have to contact doordash in order to get a refund for the sandwiches. I'm truly disappointed because I moved here from another state and I was told that Jason's had good muffaletta sandwiches but I will never be ordering anything from them again and I will also inform everyone that I know this is not the place to go for sandwiches. I feel that the manager just basically brushed me off didn't want to be bothered with me so they will no longer receive my business or the business of anyone I know. I will also be sharing this story with the media! Shame on you Jason's Deli!
I was in about 2pm today to pickup my order. The young lady at the front was on the phone dealing with a customer. There were 3 young men standing around behind her doing nothing but playing around and talking. She tried to get there attention so they could help me but they ignored her. I waited for 15 minutes.
