Hildegard's German Cuisine - Huntsville

Authentic and delicious. We lived in Germany for a year and coming back to the states we missed the food and culture. This restaurant hits it spot on!

The food is very good, my previous visit I had the bratwurst with Spätzle and sauerkraut with the cucumber salad with vinaigrette Today I had the Jägerschnitzel with Käsespätzle and sauerkraut with the creamy cucumber salad. Both meals were great. The service was very friendly and the food was perfect. There is a good selection of beer to pick from, including imported from Germany. I prefer Bock beer and the Salvatore was great. I would highly recommend if you like

The house Merlot wonderful and slight spice The hunters special was amazing Grilled chicken was amazing (ask for a side of gravy you won’t be disappointed) Jagger schnitzel 10/10 get this. Don’t question it. Cucumber salad very refreshing and good Both soups on the menu were amazing German potato salad HOT was insane. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Enjoyed my wife's birthday dinner! The food was outstanding! My wife had the Cordon Blue and I had the Schnitzel. Superb!
