Frankies Crab Shack - Huntsville

Wife and I ordered the shrimp and catfish basket, the fish was smaller than expected maybe 3-4 oz piece of meat, so small in fact we were not happy, the shrimp were ok and nothing to complain about there, it took 30 minutes or better to get our food once we ordered, the fries looked crispy but were very soggy, very few and all of the food was warm not hot like it had been sitting for 10 minutes before being brought out. They had no ketchup (ironic they have kids menu items but no ketchup) and there were no napkins out as well any where in the dinning room area. Once I checked out the server/cashier didn’t even turn the machine around for me to select a tip (which I would have selected 0 since the waitress took our order brought drinks and then nothing the rest of the hour that we were there and the cook brought our food out) yet looking at my charges today she added 10$ to her tip and didn’t deserve one penny of that.Felt very fast food like place but not fast at all.Would not recommend, and will not be going back. 14$ for a meal and the plate looked like it could have been 7-8$ at best food wise. I will be returning to get my over charge back.

It is very important for social media, to create, or expand, local business. My main goal here, to enjoy, food as it is meant to be. That is all. To the staff and establishment, thank you for your time, and service, as the key for great reviews.

Went by at 3:30 on Saturday. Site said open until 7. They were closed.

First would like to express that the food is at times 5 star quality. But its seems there are more than one cooks and recipes aren't exactly shared. Sometimes it's taste like heaven, sometimes bland n flavorless (ex. lobster mac n cheese . Not here to tear down hopefully you guys find consistency with your dishes.

My mother wanted crab legs for her birthday this year and we love to support local so we gave them a try! Best decision we've made all year! They're extremely nice and very polite! Highly recommend!
