Arby's - Huntsville

Delicious sandwiches as always; fantastic and friendly service. What impressed me most was that the backline kitchens put on fresh, disposable kitchen gloves before they started making sandwiches! And all Kovid-19 watched precautions.

I just ordered roasted beef sandwiches and they really stacked on beef. I love her reuben sandwich.

Wait 30 minutes in line (1:10 in the afternoon) and disappoint you no longer serve the potato cake. So I got the fries, and they forgot to salt them. I asked about arby sauce and horse sauce and I didn't get one. Sandwich was dry and of course no napkins in the bag.

I like Arbys. Had them over 10 years ago and became sick, never bought from them until 9/5/20. The Mediterranean chicken slaughter and a luxurious chicken sandwich cough. It was delish!

Fries were burnt. Cashier was a big bundle of Sunshine not she was not happy to deal with. Ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders and they looked like chicken nuggets. My girlfriend ordered one of the new steak subs she was also not happy with her burnt fries and sub. Thanks for letting me vent.
