The pizza didn't have enough chicken on it .it only have 12 piece on it the hell . Waist of money.do better
2 stars only because when they get it correct it is good. Sadly they rarely get it correct. The last straw was when they gave me the wrong drink and when I called to complain about it put me on hold and FORGOT ME! I was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up and called back. When my call was answered by a different person they seemed to have time for my order. When I explained what happened to the manager and requested the correct drink be brought to me I was told no and they would just credit my account. I explained I only lived 2 minutes from the store so it should not be an issue for them to bring it to me. I know it was just a drink but after being forgotten on the phone for 20 minutes I figured it was the least they could do. I was told that they would not bring my drink to me for at least 2 hours and they would just credit my account. At no point did the manager ever apologize for me being forgotten on the phone. Instead she claimed they were too busy to actually talk to me on the phone, which I find funny considering my partner works across the street from the store and has seen very few customers there. Also they raised their prices for delivery orders claiming it cost more to deliver because of gas prices but I know for a fact they did not give any kind of raise to their drivers.
My last order was amazing , thank you for your good work, it was delicious.....and we were pleased
I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars because when they do get it right, the food is good. Unfortunately, they don’t get it right very often. The last straw for me was when they served me the wrong drink. I called to complain, and after putting me on hold, they completely forgot about me! I was left waiting for over 20 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. When my call was answered by someone else, they seemed to have time for my order. After explaining the situation to the manager and asking for the correct drink to be delivered to me, I was told no and that they would simply credit my account. I mentioned that I live just 2 minutes away from the store, so it shouldn’t have been an issue for them to bring it to me. While I understand it's only a drink, after being forgotten on the phone for so long, I thought it was the least they could do. However, I was informed that they wouldn't deliver my drink for at least 2 hours and would just credit my account instead. At no point did the manager apologize for the oversight. Instead, she claimed they were too busy to talk to me on the phone, which I find hard to believe since my partner works right across the street and has seen very few customers in the store. Additionally, they recently increased their delivery prices citing higher gas costs, but I know for a fact they haven’t raised their drivers’ pay.
