Subhouse Subs - Hughesville

First time in Hughesville for a softball tournament and went to Subhouse Subs and I cannot say enough good things about the place! Nice little hometown place with amazing food! Got the grilled chicken salad and it was the BEST one I have ever had and it was huge and for the price. In my area prices have gone up and places have drastically cut portion sizes. I will definitely go there if I'm ever in the area again!

Unfortunately, I haven't been thrilled with the food. One slice of meat on a sub or cheese u can barely even see on a cheese cosmo. Last night, got a meatball sub. Asked for the roll to be toasted and melted cheese. Roll was not toasted, and small amt of melted cheese was stuck to the foil so completely none on the sub.

Although the staff was nice my sandwich was tired… the bread was old and falling apart and generally just didn’t taste good. I ordered a Sunday and the hot fudge was more like watery chocolate sauce.
