Taco Bell - Hudson

I ordered three regular tacos but received three supreme tacos instead. Since I don't eat sour cream or tomatoes, I can't even enjoy my dinner now. I'm really disappointed!

I thanked the woman at the window at least four times as she handed me my order, but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. She just continued to hand things out the window as if I were a burden! If she has that kind of attitude towards customers, she might be better suited for a factory job. It's frustrating that she was so unprofessional and rude, especially considering that she didn’t even know me. What was the point of that attitude?

When I pointed out the mistake, I was met with dirty looks as if it were my fault. Eventually, after finally being heard, they amended my order somewhat, but it still wasn’t correct. I asked for a refund, but the “manager” – who was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered – outright denied my request. The staff was disorganized and rude throughout the whole ordeal. I strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell/KFC.

I really like Hudson taco bell and service is terrific but just a heads up that I have been served on the crunch wrap supreme the past few times! Rotten lettuce and tomatoes! Also usually I get regular meat portion and it's good but again past few timesbarely any meat at all! Not even a full serving but instead plenty of rotten veggies instead! Maybe check them but better beforeserving in future! Best regards!

Your service is incredibly quick and efficient, which is fantastic when you have kids in the car.
