Rail Trail Flatbread Co. - Hudson

We had brunch on June 22nd right when they opened. The Shakshuka was intensely flavorful and delicious. The crème brûlée French toast was so good it could qualify as a best ever breakfast or desert. The coffee was good but took an oddly long time to brew. We love The Rail Trail and the ever changing menu is a true pleasure to explore. Hopefully these dishes stay on it a long while so everyone can enjoy.

The environment inside is energetic, but relaxing, very enjoyable here. The food is delicious. The flatbreads are amazing and so aren't the cocktails. I will be coming here many more times!

We were sat upon arrival for our reservation. Food and drinks were brought out promptly and were amazing! Sat outside and enjoyed the quieter setting compared to inside. Looking forward to going again.

We have been to the Milford location and loved it several times. We can't say the same about the Hudson location. Flatbread pizza was very good. My sandwich was good, but $20! It came with a side of greens that were not dressed. The French fries very good, but not hot. I would not choose to return.

Railtrail was so much fun, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was just special! We've been enjoying this restaurant since it's opening and always find new menu items to try every time. The drink menu has also never failed us, great beers by the many different breweries and cocktails that have always satisfied! The wait staff has always been knowledgeable, efficient and professional! It's always a joy to interact with staff members as well. Totally enjoyable and entertaining!
