Mcdonald's - Houston

I had placed a mobile order for a large iced coffee. When I got to the location to pick up the employee gave me a medium coffee. When I told him this is not the right size he proceeded to then say it’s a large and walked away.

First the last at the cashier was fighting with a customer being embarking , she helped us with an attitude like the previous customers argument was our fault . Then we got frappes and got not the correct portions . All were super low and mostly filled with whipped cream , I asked if it was the correct portions and the young girl just looked at me lost . They’re all so rude .

The McDonald's employee was incredibly kind and patient. I forgot my phone on the table and she found it and returned it with a smile. I'm grateful for his honesty and kindness.

Waited 20 mins after they made me use the kiosk with the locator. They wouldn't take my order at the counter. Then I had to go back to the counter because they won't take my food to the table? Why use the locators if you are to lazy to use them.

-Food is fresh, and good ?I know it’s fast food, but they have to keep dining room clean!-Tables are disgusting ?-Trash Cans are full, I had to take my trash with me-Service is ok, but not too friendly
