The manager, Genesis, was fantastic when taking my order! The food was delicious, and everyone was very friendly.

Years back staff was really good for the window, but lately they have been messing up and who the hell wants to come back from the house to go back and fix the order ? I remember the older staff from years back, always on point. I think it's all newer ones , looks like they dont pay attention like the other ones that were there. I still go but I dine in now mostly.

I often like to stop by for food on my way to work at night. Last week, I arrived at 9:45 PM, only to find that they were already closed. I've been there right at 10 PM when the owners or manager were present, and I received service then. However, when the younger staff is there, they seem to close early. If your posted hours say you're open until 10 PM, then you should adhere to that and not close early to leave sooner. Other workplaces wouldn’t allow employees to stop working before their shift ends. As a result, I’m now faced with having to go to places like McDonald's, Burger King, or Chick-fil-A instead. It’s disappointing, especially since this was my favorite spot—a loyalty that’s now gone! Working at night means options are limited, and this restaurant has lost a dedicated customer.

We prefer this DQ over any others. Food is always fresh. And russian roulette on sodas. No freestyle soda

The staff acted like they didn’t know how to talk. Very rude fry’s were gross had to ask for fresh ones. Whole time we ate we could hear them laughing and talking to each other sent my daughter up for napkins and they just put them on the counter with out saying anything to her.
