Burger King - Houston

Placed and online order and when I got to the drive thru and no one answered. So I drove up and came to the window and told them and they told me to come back around then took 12 minutes to give me my food and gave it to me rude. No thank you or sorry or nothing. Worst BK ever.

The Whooper was COLD. The cheese wasn't melted on the meat or the bread. I was hungry so I ate it. Also, the drink and the onion rings were great.

Worse BURGER KING I've ever visited my chicken sandwich was burned and old the mayo was like cream from sitting under that heating lamp for so long, very disappointing BK.

This is honestly a terrible Burger King. Employees always full of disdain for their job with attitudes and slow service. Always a ridiculously limited menu, and drinks never taste right. Unfortunately the location makes it the only convenient place for my particular commute so I just keep coming back to more disappointment, but I certainly won't ever recommend it.

Loved the energy of the drive thru worker. I could feel his positive vibes in his voice!! Food good and fresh as well.
