Jerk Vibes - HOUNSLOW

I have ordered from this restaurant several times through Just Eat and have always been impressed with their service and delicious food. The delivery is usually faster than expected and the portion sizes are generous. However, since they no longer use Just Eat, I had to wait 1.5-2 hours for a delivery even though I was nearby. Every time I called to inquire about my order, I was met with hostility as if my call was an inconvenience. I would still recommend the food, but be prepared for potential hostility when dealing with their delivery service.

The food at this restaurant is reasonably priced and comes in generous portions. The taste is good and not too spicy. I tried the whole jerk chicken with rice and peas, which was delicious. However, the Festival side I ordered was disappointing as it was hard as a rock and I couldn't even bite into it. I didn't bother to complain, but I do wonder how the issue would have been handled. Despite this, I am excited to try more dishes from this place in the future.

I dine out frequently and explore various restaurants in London. I live in West London and decided to give Jerk Vibes a try based on recommendations from friends. Wow! They were spot on - the jerk chicken, rice and peas were incredibly tasty. The prices were great and the portions were generous. I am thrilled with my experience and will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
