Bidrage med feedbackUsed to work in the Papa Johns pizza dough factory in Denver. LOVED Papa Johns pizza there in Colorado. Get out here, yuch. One thing I noticed is that they just don't cook the hand tossed pizzas enough. They are always full of raw dough. Not good. I think if they just cooked them longer the entire pizza would benefit. Raw dough is no fun. It's happened every time I order, 4 times. I so wanted it to be good. Won't order again.
Pizza was burnt and flavorless. Stuffed crust had very little cheese in it, staff was unfriendly. This was my first time eating at Papa Johns and it will be my last.
Didn't even get to place my order because the team member wouldn't even let me order. I have been able to order cheese sticks with Jalapenos as a topping since 2013 but not today. Ridiculous!!!! Why not just charge me for the topping??????????Edit:Thank you to the person who reached out via comment.
We ordered the Shaqaroni last week and it was overcooked, more expensive than the last time I was there for the same product, and when the pizza arrived at my house it was barely cut. You could not grab a piece of pizza out of the box, I had to get a pizza cutter out of my drawer and cut the pizza and it was very hard to cut due to being overcooked. The reason I ordered a pizza is because we didn't have time to prepare food, it ended up being more trouble to order from here. I would have had a better experience if I would have just stayed hungry. I sent a complaint and never heard one peep back from anyone. So now we are leaving this review for our wasted money and time.
They were super short handed so getting the food was slow, but that's not their fault!! The food was delicious!
