Absolutely the best Italian food my wife and I have ever eaten. Service was exceptional, atmosphere is picturesque and relaxing. It was a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Great portions, the flavors divine and make sure you save space for dessert! Recommend the Italian house Grill. Small sitting area, so recommend reservations.

My husband and I along with another couple ate a wonderful meal there on the 26th of January, 2016. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the salmon, which was very tasty. Everyone else had lasagna, which was also very good. The owners were very gracious as well. Great atmosphere and great food! January's dessert special was Italian Cream Cake; I ordered a slice of it, and it was absolutely delicious! I make this scrumptious cake once in a while and know what it takes to make a good one and what it should taste like made from scratch with the right ingredients. Theirs was better than mine and that is saying a lot. Have to try this wonderful place again soon!

This is our very favorite restaurant for a special evening out. It has a small and intimate atmosphere. The owner, David, and all his staff are so accommodating! The food here is delicious. Tonight we had their current special of crab stuffed flounder over angel hair pasta in a lemony butter sauce. It was a light tasting but very filling, flavorful bite of bliss! Enjoy!

If you are in the Hot Springs Village, make sure you visit the Italian House Grill. My wife and I enjoyed great food there two nights ago. The food was great and we went back for seconds tonight. The first night I had Alfredo Fettuccine with chicken. Outstanding meal. My wife had Eggplant Parmesan which was also outstanding. The service was great. Our second visit I had the Alfredo Fettuccine with shrimp as did my wife. Again an excellent meal. We met the owners Randy and Kim who are very caring and treat the customers like they are long time friends. Next time we are in the Hot Springs Village area, we will have our meals at the Italian House Grill. We loved the place.
