Honokaʻa Public House - HONOKAA

It is a real feeling like saloon and great customer service. Foods are in the light of the pandemic. Missing these hamburgers but finished a delicious pastrami sandwich!

Used to be good for takeout pizza... but then they started cutting cost... I hope they fix this... $26 for a Pepperoni pizza with 4 pieces of Pepperoni cut in quarters and scattered .... to be fair they refunded this pizza... but the next few I ordered, I had to remind them to put more Pepperoni on it.. and it was still sparse... please fix this! Update: after quite a while ordered another. There's almost enough Pepperoni now... definitely not what it was before the pepperoni issue...but quite a bit better.

It was basically the only thing open in Honokaa but good service, pizza is not bad, we ordered their spiciest one and it was just generic vinegar hot sauce spice. Pizza is not special but good value, and American portion sizes. We had a pizza and greek salad to share.

Love it here. The food is great. Their Philly steak an cheese is amazing. Kid friendly

Pastrami Sandwich wasn't what I expected here, because it was AMAZING. the rye was roasted for perfection and sour wort was phenomenal. served with a sauce and horseradish as it really sleeps me away. cool, casual atmosphere and super nice staff.
